The support is present on forum, you have not need to pay additional for forum support.
You also open a ticket on premium tickets that needs premium ticket membership addon or Developer membership.
Regarding issue for the GDPR kindly enable it and let me know if there is any issue,
For the documentation, we have separate documentation for 3rd party extension in JA Social ii doc.
You can let us know if you feel any improvement in doc, I will share it with development team.
For registration issue if it still happen you can inform me i will check it again.
